Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hisar for a Content Creator cum Manager. The responsibilities include overseeing the content creation process, developing content strategies, and managing a content team. The candidate will write, edit, proofread, and optimize multi-channel content while ensuring alignment with the company’s branding and voice. This role also involves tracking and analyzing content performance metrics, managing deadlines, and brainstorming creative ideas to meet marketing objectives.

• Proven skills in Content Creation, Writing, and Editing
• Experience in Content Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Brand Development
• Proficiency in Social Media Management and Analytics
• Strong skills in Research and Audience Analysis
• Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a content team
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Proficiency in content management systems and basic graphic design tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field preferred
