Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Meme Creator to develop and manage engaging content for third-party pages. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of internet culture, trends, and audience behavior, along with the ability to align content with strategic communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

● Create relevant, high-engagement memes aligned with the client’s tone and objectives.

● Manage and publish content on third-party social media pages.

● Maintain an organized content calendar aligned with campaigns, announcements, and key public dates/events.

● Track trends, viral formats, and pop-culture moments to create timely content.

● Coordinate closely with internal design and content teams, as well as external stakeholders, for approvals and alignment.

● Monitor performance and engagement metrics to optimize content strategy and improve reach.

Eligibility Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

● Education: Graduate or above in Journalism / Marketing / Mass Communication.

● Experience: Minimum 2+ years (3+ years preferred) in meme creation, content

creation, or social media management.

● Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.).

● Ability to adapt content for different audiences and platforms.

● Quick turnaround time and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

● Must be locally based in Jaipur.

● Proficiency in Hindi and working knowledge of English.

Skills

● Strong creative thinking and sense of humor.

● Excellent grasp of current trends and internet culture.

● Basic knowledge of content analytics is a plus.

● Good communication and coordination skills.
