Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard relevant influencers and content creators across platforms like Instagram and YouTube

- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and talent managers

- Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns

- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and collaboration terms with influencers

- Track campaign performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and ROI

- Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams for campaign alignment

- Stay updated with influencer trends and emerging creators

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing

- Solid understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

- Creative mindset with attention to detail
