Key Responsibilities Create structured content assets including eBooks, newsletters, blogs, long-form articles/Newsletters, and LinkedIn thought leadership posts, ensuring clarity, depth, and educational value. Develop engaging short-form formats such as carousels, hooks, captions, and thumbnail concepts, aligning each piece with platform behavior and audience psychology. Edit testimonial and educational videos using tools like Clipchamp, CapCut, or other video editing tools, ensuring clean pacing, professional quality, and brand consistency. Manage multi-platform distribution across LinkedIn, YouTube (long-form), WhatsApp communities, and Telegram channels, maintaining structured publishing schedules and engagement flow. Create and maintain content calendars, aligning weekly and monthly themes with broader brand positioning and strategic goals. Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms strategically for research, structuring, and refinement not blind copy-paste execution. Repurpose long-form content into platform-optimized formats while maintaining narrative continuity and authority tone. Non-Negotiable Skills Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint, along with confidence in structuring professional documents and visual layouts.
