About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Content Creator & Social Media Performance Manager who can not only create engaging content but also track, optimise, and scale social media performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, short videos, captions)

Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

Plan and execute content calendars

Run and optimise paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads preferred)

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)

Analyse data and provide performance reports with insights

Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in content creation & social media management

Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance marketing

Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (bonus)

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools (preferred)
