Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and organized Content Creator & Social Media Executive to support the early-stage development of a bakery brand in Kochi.

The primary responsibility of this role is creating and managing social media content, including ideation, shooting, editing, and scheduling engaging posts. The role also includes limited operational support such as research for collaborations, upcoming events, and occasional purchasing assistance.

This is an on-site position, as the role requires capturing content directly at the bakery and working closely with the team.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

• Create engaging photo and video content for social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
• Capture bakery products, preparation processes, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Edit short-form videos and images suitable for social media posts and reels
• Maintain visual consistency aligned with the brand identity

Social Media Management

• Plan and schedule social media posts
• Maintain a monthly content calendar
• Write captions and manage engagement through comments and messages
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements

Creative Ideation

• Generate ideas for content, reels, and promotional campaigns
• Stay updated with social media trends and adapt them for the brand

Operational Support

• Conduct research for collaborations and local events
• Assist with sourcing or purchasing when required
• Support marketing activities and campaigns when needed

Requirements

• Basic experience in content creation or social media management
• Familiarity with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools
• Good photography and mobile videography skills
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to manage tasks independently
• Interest in food, bakery, or lifestyle brands is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Aluva, Kerala (Aluva)
