    • to ideate, create, and manage end-to-end content production. This role blends creativity with execution—owning content from concept to delivery.
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Create engaging content (videos, reels, social posts, campaigns)
  • Plan and coordinate shoots, timelines, and production logistics
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and external vendors
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain quality and brand consistency across content
  • Handle on-ground production coordination when required
  • *Requirements**
  • 2–4 years in content creation and/or production coordination
  • Strong understanding of social media content (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Experience in shoot planning and execution
  • Good project management and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of video editing/tools is a plus
  • *Good to Have**
  • Experience with influencer collaborations
  • Familiarity with AI content tools
  • Startup or fast-paced environment experience
