We are looking for a creative and growth-driven Content Creator & Digital Marketer who can manage organic social media, support paid advertising campaigns, and build powerful brand narratives using AI-driven marketing approaches.

Key Responsibilities

Organic Social Media Growth

• Manage and grow organic social media accounts for multiple client brands.
• Plan and execute content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
• Create engaging reels, short-form videos, posts, and captions aligned with each brand’s voice and positioning.
• Develop brand storytelling strategies that improve engagement, reach, and audience retention.
• Track performance metrics including reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and content performance.

Paid Ads & Performance Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to develop ad creatives, hooks, and messaging.
• Support A/B testing of creatives, copy, and audience targeting.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS.
• Optimize creatives based on performance insights and audience behavior.

Influencer Marketing

• Identify and collaborate with micro and macro influencers relevant to client brands.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns including briefing, deliverables, timelines, and performance tracking.
• Ensure influencers maintain brand messaging, tone, and campaign objectives.
• Track and report influencer engagement and ROI.

AI-Powered Content & Growth

• Use AI tools for content ideation, copy generation, and campaign planning.
• Leverage AI tools for video editing, image generation, and creative production.
• Experiment with AI-driven workflows to improve content scale, efficiency, and quality.
• Stay updated with AI marketing trends, social media algorithms, and content formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of organic social media growth strategies and platform algorithms.
• Hands-on experience managing multiple client social media accounts.
• Experience supporting paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads).
• Proven skills in content ideation, storytelling, and creative strategy.
• Experience in influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
• Strong working knowledge of AI tools for marketing, content, and creative production.
• Good understanding of analytics, engagement metrics, and performance optimization.
• Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
