Content Creator + Social Media Marketing Internship

At Red Cube Digital Media, we’re always looking for passionate young talents who want to build their career in social media and content creation.

If you love creating aesthetic content, keeping up with trends, writing catchy captions, and experimenting with reels — this internship is the perfect start for you.

We welcome interns who are creative, quick learners, and excited to work in a real digital agency environment.

What You Will Do

• Content Creation
• Ideate and script short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Stories).
• Assist in shooting and basic direction for content.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and basic social media copy.
• Coordinate with the design and video editing team for content assets.
• Social Media Management
• Help create and manage monthly content calendars.
• Research trends, competitors, and industry insights.
• Assist in posting, page hygiene, DM responses, and basic engagement.
• Support daily tasks across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Research & Brainstorming
• Generate ideas for storytelling, brand campaigns, and visual concepts.
• Support in planning content shoots and brainstorming sessions.
• Research viral trends and come up with new formats.

What We Are Looking For

• Passion for content creation, reels, storytelling, and social media.
• Good written communication skills and understanding of social media.
• Basic sense of aesthetics, trending sounds, and reel styles.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced agency workflow.
• A creative mind with willingness to experiment and improve.

Good to Have (Optional)

• Knowledge of Canva or basic editing tools.
• Experience creating content for personal or college pages.
