About the Role

We are looking for a creative and confident Content Creator who can represent LoveLocal on camera and produce engaging digital content for platforms like Instagram and YouTube. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with people, spotting viral trends, and creating compelling videos that connect with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Camera Performance

• Act as the face of LoveLocal across video content platforms.
• Confidently appear on camera with strong presentation skills, acting ability, and voice modulation.
• Shoot on-location at local shops and markets, interacting with retailers to create authentic and engaging content.

2. Viral Ideation & Scripting

• Identify and adapt viral trends, sounds, and formats for Instagram Reels and YouTube.
• Script and execute content ranging from short-form videos (15–30 sec) to long-form YouTube videos.
• Analyze platform insights to improve hooks, engagement, and viewer retention.

3. End-to-End Production

• Handle the complete content creation process – planning, shooting, and editing.
• Edit videos using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Experiment with different content formats to drive audience growth and brand recall.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, acting, or video production.
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
• Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing tools.
• Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content trends.
• Strong creativity, storytelling ability, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Personal Instagram, YouTube, or short-form content portfolio.
• Experience creating viral or high-engagement content.
