As a Content and Social Media Marketing Intern at Crossing Hurdles, you'll play a key role in shaping our brand voice and online presence. This role is ideal for someone who understands storytelling, internet culture, and professional branding especially on platforms like LinkedIn and Reddit.

You'll work closely with the founder and marketing team to create meaningful content that builds brand credibility, trust, and visibility, especially on LinkedIn and Reddit.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for our website, blog, and social media platforms
• Manage content for LinkedIn (company page + founder's profile) and Reddit
• Post 3-4 creative, value-driven LinkedIn posts per week
• Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging
• Engage with the online community through comments and messages
• Track basic social media performance and suggest improvements
• Bring fresh ideas to improve brand clarity and positioning

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills
• Good understanding of LinkedIn content and personal branding
• Familiarity with Reddit communities
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
