About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation

- Shoot and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form videos

- Create DIY tutorials, product demonstrations, and aesthetic crafting videos

- Develop content showcasing use cases like gifting, decor, stress relief, and hobbies

2. Creator & Influencer Collaborations

- Identify and reach out to relevant creators and micro-influencers

- Manage product seeding campaigns

- Coordinate content collaborations with creators

- Negotiate collaboration terms and track deliverables

3. Ad Creative Development

- Produce UGC-style ad creatives

- Work with the marketing team to test different creative hooks and storytelling styles

- Support performance marketing campaigns with fresh creatives

4. Content Planning & Calendar

- Plan weekly content shoots and themes

- Maintain a structured content calendar

- Ensure consistent posting across social platforms

5. Product Launch Content

- Collaborate with the Category Executive for new product launches

- Create content highlighting new SKUs and bundles
