We’re hiring a Content & Creative Associate

Most “content roles” are planning-heavy.

This one isn’t. This is for someone who likes to build, design posts, structure content, and turn raw ideas into polished assets across social and web.

What you’ll actually do:

Create carousels, statics, reels, and short-form content

Turn rough ideas into clear, structured, high-quality visuals

Work on blogs & case studies with proper SEO structure (headings, FAQs, internal links)

Optimize content for search + AI discoverability (AEO)

Convert raw recordings into usable content

Build repeatable templates & systems to improve speed and quality

You will be the one creating the content end-to-end

What we’re looking for:

1–2 years experience in content/design/digital marketing

Comfortable with Canva, Figma, or similar tools

Basic understanding of SEO & content structure

Strong attention to design, clarity, and detail

Someone who prefers execution over just ideation

Good to have:

B2B SaaS exposure

LinkedIn content understanding

Familiarity with AI tools for content workflows
