Job Title: Lawyer - Documentation & Commercial Analyst - BPO (North America Operations)

Location: India

Shift: EST (Night Shift)

Role Overview:

- We are looking for a detail-oriented Documentation & Commercial Analyst with strong technical writing and analytical capabilities.

- The ideal candidate will support documentation, contract management, and commercial documentation related to BPO operations, primarily working with North American clients.

- This role requires the ability to produce clear, concise legal and commercial documents while ensuring proper organization and compliance of agreements and records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and maintain clear, concise, and well-structured technical and legal documentation.

- Prepare standard legal and commercial documents with high accuracy and clarity.

- Track changes, summarize, and consolidate complex Word documents and agreements.

- Maintain and organize documentation repositories, ensuring timely updates and proper version control.

- Support the preparation and review of BPO commercial constructs, including pricing structures.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure documentation aligns with IT, data protection, and compliance requirements.

- Manage and process agreements using tools such as DocuSign and related platforms.

- Work closely with North American stakeholders and support business operations aligned with their requirements.

- Ensure documentation and agreements are completed and organized within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in the BPO or service industry.

- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.

- Strong ability to draft clear, crisp, and concise legal and operational documents.

- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in document management.

- Reasonable understanding of BPO commercial pricing constructs.

- Fair understanding of IT systems, data security, and compliance requirements.

- Hands-on experience with DocuSign or similar digital documentation tools.

- Experience working with North American customers and business environments.

Working Hours:

- This role requires working in EST hours (Night Shift) to support North American operations.
