Role Overview:
You will be working as a full-time Contact Center Sales Manager for a Consumer Internet Company in the Matchmaking space. Based in New Delhi, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the contact center, managing a team of sales representatives, developing training programs, and ensuring sales targets are consistently met. Your role will involve creating and executing sales strategies, monitoring KPIs, optimizing processes for better efficiency, coaching team members, and fostering a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the operations and performance of the contact center
- Lead a team of sales representatives
- Develop and implement training programs
- Ensure sales targets are consistently met
- Create and execute sales strategies
- Monitor KPIs and optimize processes for better efficiency

- Foster a productive work environment

Qualifications:
- Experience in sales management, sales strategy development, and performance tracking
- Proficiency in team leadership, coaching, and training sales representatives
- Proven ability in achieving and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs
- Strong communication skills and expertise in handling customer interactions effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
- Experience in managing a contact center or a similar sales-driven environment is highly desirable
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays with one rotational off per week
