Job Location - Pune

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients, Ayurvedic constitution (prakriti). Provide accurate diagnoses based on Ayurvedic principles and determine appropriate treatment plans.
• New Patient Enrolment and Conversion and retention .
• Generate the Clinic Revenue
• Monitor and track the progress of patients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results.
• Educate patients about Ayurvedic principles, guiding them on the importance of self-care, balanced living, and preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including assessments, treatments, and progress notes.
• Provide guidance and support to patients, addressing their questions, concerns, and encouraging their active participation in their healing journey.
• Report non recovered patients to a team of experts and get the opinion on line of treatment.

Working HRS- 10 am to 7 pm

Weekend working -Saturday Sunday

Rotational 1 weekly off - (Between Monday to Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
