The role involves identifying, approaching, and converting decision-makers (Speakers) for Techmagnate’s webinars, conferences, workshops, and industry-specific events. You will be the first point of contact in building relationships with senior professionals and ensuring strong participation in our thought-leadership ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify target audience for Techmagnate’s events/webinars.Inviting Speakers for the events. Drive delegates through calls, emails, outreach, and other channels.Explain event value proposition and secure registrations/ accurate and updated records of interactions and conversions in CRM.Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align on target audience and messaging.Meet and exceed weekly/monthly acquisition targets.Build long-term skilled relationships with industry stakeholders.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.8-10 years of experience in delegate acquisition, inside sales, telemarketing, or lead communication and persuasion skills (written and verbal).Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly with senior professionals.Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.Prior experience in digital marketing or event acquisition will be an added advantage.
