At Gamix Labs, we create fun, expressive, and immersive game experiences for global audiences. We’re looking for a Senior Concept Artist who can bring worlds, characters, and ideas to life while mentoring junior artists and shaping the visual direction of our projects.

✨ Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality character, environment, and prop concepts aligned with project vision

Translate game design ideas into clear visual directions and mood boards

Collaborate closely with Art Director, Game Designers, and Animation team

Define color, lighting, and style guidelines for projects

Provide feedback and guidance to junior artists

Ensure consistency and quality across all concept art deliverables

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Concept Artist (mobile/casual gaming preferred)

Strong portfolio showcasing stylized characters & environments

Expertise in Photoshop / Procreate / digital painting tools

Solid understanding of composition, anatomy, perspective & color theory

Ability to work fast, iterate, and adapt to feedback

Good communication and teamwork skills

⭐ Bonus Skills

Experience with isometric / casual / stylized game art

Basic knowledge of Blender/ZBrush for concept support

Prior experience mentoring or leading a small art team
