Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Computer & Laptop Technician to install, maintain, and repair desktops, laptops, and related hardware/software. The candidate should be able to diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair hardware issues in desktops and laptops
- Install and configure operating systems (Windows, macOS, etc.)
- Troubleshoot software, driver, and network problems
- Replace faulty components (RAM, SSD, HDD, motherboard, display, keyboard, battery, etc.)
- Perform virus removal and system optimization
- Data backup and recovery services
- Install and configure printers and other peripherals
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers
- Maintain service records and update job sheets
- Ensure timely completion of service work

Skills Required:

- Robust knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Basic networking knowledge
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Customer handling ability

Qualification:

- ITI / Diploma in Hardware & Networking or related field
- Minimum 2+ years experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
