The ideal candidate enjoys working in an international environment and supporting engineering teams with reliable and efficient CAD solutions.Minimum work experience: 3 to 7 yearsEducational Qualification: Bachelors or masters degree in software engineering, Informatics, or a related fieldProfessional Requirement (SME)5 to 7 years of relevant experience in CAD tools support or administrationStrong hands-on experience with Siemens NX (mandatory)Experience with Teamcenter integration is highly preferred.Area of responsibilityProvide daily support for corporate CAD tools(NX) and assist users with technical issuesInstall, maintain, and support NX and Teamcenter integrationsSupport regular software updates and cybersecurity-related activitiesDevelop and maintain add-ons for NXDeploy CAD solutions in line with corporate security standardsManage and resolve support tickets within agreed timelinesWork closely with international and cross-functional teamsSkills & CompetenciesGood problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work in interdisciplinary and international teamsStrong communication skills and a customer-focused mindsetLanguage SkillsFluent in English (spoken and written)
