Job Purpose
The Community Mobilizer will work at the grassroots level to engage local communities, build trust, and support the implementation of social development and livelihood programs. The role focuses on mobilizing women, youth, and marginalized groups to participate in community development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Mobilize community members and build strong relationships with villagers and local leaders.
Identify and organize Self Help Groups (SHGs) and support their regular functioning.
Conduct village surveys and collect socio-economic data for program planning.
Encourage community participation in livelihood, health, education, and awareness programs.
Support training programs related to livelihood activities such as food processing, handicrafts, and other skill development initiatives.
Identify potential beneficiaries for various development initiatives.
Coordinate with the MITTI team and report field activities regularly.
Maintain records of field visits, meetings, and community engagement activities.
