Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Represent MyCaptain as the official Campus Ambassador in your college
  • Build a student community interested in upskilling and career growth
  • Run marketing campaigns and awareness drives in your college
  • Share career opportunities, workshops, and skill programs with students
  • Generate interested student leads through events, WhatsApp groups, and campaigns
  • Coordinate with the regional growth team for campus activities

  • Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and experience in organizing events or managing groups.
  • Enthusiasm for community building and student engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for learning and growth.

  • Job Summary:
  • MyCaptain is looking for dynamic and well-networked students to join our Campus Growth Leader Program and drive career awareness initiatives in their colleges.
  • As a Campus Growth Leader, you will act as the official growth partner of MyCaptain on your campus, helping students discover industry-relevant skill programs through peer networks, campus communities, and marketing initiatives. Your primary role will be to build student interest, run promotional campaigns, and connect motivated students with career-focused learning opportunities.
  • You will collaborate with our growth team to generate student leads, organize awareness drives, and expand MyCaptain’s presence within your college ecosystem. This internship is ideal for students who enjoy networking, leading initiatives, and building communities while gaining hands-on exposure to startup marketing and business growth.
