Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Communication and Digital Promotions specialist based in Jalandhar. The individual will be responsible for planning and executing communication strategies, drafting press releases, managing internal communications, and writing high-quality content to align with organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include supporting strategic communication initiatives and contributing to innovative promotional activities to enhance the organization's digital presence.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to craft impactful messages.
• Proficiency in Press Releases and Strategic Communications to effectively disseminate organizational goals and messages to external audiences.
• Experience in Internal Communications to foster clear, consistent, and effective messaging within the organization.
• Strong organizational and collaborative skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Understanding of digital media trends and tools for effective promotions.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry will be an added advantage.
