    Job Description
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Advise on legal risks and regulatory compliance relevant to the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Support the resolution of legal disputes and liaise with external legal advisors when necessary.
  • Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal guidance on business operations.
  • Prepare and present reports on legal matters to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of standard templates and legal policies.
  • Ensure all documentation is maintained and managed effectively.

    • The Successful Applicant
  • LL.B/LL.M from a recognised institution.
  • 7-10 years of PQE
  • Proven expertise in handling commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of legal regulations in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
