Job Title: Collection Executive

Job Summary

The Collection Executive will be responsible for managing field and tele-collections for assigned loan accounts, ensuring timely recovery of overdue EMIs, reducing delinquency levels, and maintaining compliance with RBI and company collection guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle field and/or tele-collections for assigned customer accounts
• Ensure timely recovery of overdue EMIs and minimize delinquency
• Conduct customer visits for payment follow-ups and issue resolution
• Negotiate repayment plans as per company policies
• Maintain accurate collection records and daily MIS reporting
• Identify, monitor, and escalate high-risk and NPA cases
• Ensure strict adherence to RBI guidelines and ethical collection practices
• Coordinate with credit, legal, and recovery teams when required
• Maintain professional conduct and build positive customer relationships
• Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in collections / recovery
• Good knowledge of retail loan products, EMI structures, and delinquency buckets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to undertake extensive field work
• Familiarity with the local market and customer profiles
• Target-driven with problem-solving ability

Preferred Skills

• Experience in NBFC / Banking sector
• Two-wheeler ownership preferred for field visits
• Basic computer knowledge for MIS and reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,320.06 - ₹41,722.14 per month
