Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to potential and existing customers from the provided database.
- Inform customers about latest jewellery collections, offers, discounts, and events at the showroom.
- Maintain and update customer records and call logs in the excel sheet.
- Follow up with customers regarding festive offers, new launches, and promotions.
- Handle basic customer queries regarding jewellery products, pricing, and schemes.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments and walk-ins.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase repeat visits.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident speaking ability in Gujarati and Hindi (English is Plus)
- Good customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of telecalling or sales processes.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, call logs).

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹168,000.00 per year
