Candidate Specification & Job Description

Candidate Must have 12+ years of experience in Card Operations & Strong Experience in Presales & Transformation.

Supporting clients with regards to performance improvement, operating models and service delivery, primarily in the Retail banking, Cards operations space

Work with IT on various automation initiatives

Prepare pro-active pitches for various target clients across the market and working with BRMs

An individual with prior demonstrated experience in Retail Banking Cards Operations practice and in the operations delivery, Consulting services at complex large and mid-sized banks and financial institutions.

Highly effective communication with all levels of the organization including senior management

Typically viewed as a subject matter expert

Knowledge about emerging trends

Handle consulting engagements related to process transformation and optimization

10+ years of experience in Operations, Delivery Management, Consulting and Transformation experience including Lite Tech and Digital Banking experience

Experience in Cards operations process re-engineering and automations.

Flexible with Shifts
