Key Responsibilities

• Create coding problems, quizzes, and programming challenges for learners.
• Write clear explanations and solutions for coding questions.
• Develop tutorials and learning content related to programming concepts.
• Ensure coding questions follow proper difficulty levels (easy, medium, hard).
• Review and improve existing coding content for clarity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate coding challenges into the platform.
• Test coding problems to ensure they run correctly.
• Research new programming topics and industry trends.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals .
• Good knowledge of at least one language such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript .
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and structured way .
• Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms .
• Good written communication skills.

Preferred Knowledge

• Experience solving coding problems on platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, or Codeforces .
• Basic understanding of backend development or web development .
• Familiarity with Git or version control systems .
