At **Modern Age Coders**, we are on a mission to inspire and educate the next generation of tech thinkers and problem solvers. We teach coding and mathematics to school and college students through interactive and practical sessions that build deep conceptual understanding.

• *Who We're Looking For:**

We are looking for passionate and skilled **Coding** and/or **Maths Instructors** who can teach online in a simple, engaging, and insightful way.
You should

• Have **very strong knowledge** of your subject (Coding or Mathematics or both)
• Be able to **explain concepts interactively** with relatable real-life and practical examples
• Be confident in teaching **school-level (Class 6–12)** or **college-level** students
• Be fluent in Hindi or English (or both)
• Be patient, positive, and love teaching young minds
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• Prior **teaching/tutoring experience** is a bonus (not mandatory)
• For **Maths instructors**, having a **pen tablet** for visual explanations is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with **online platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Whiteboard tools**
• For **Coding instructors**, comfort with at least one of the following:

– Java, Python, JavaScript, Scratch, App Inventor, Web Development, or any core programming language

• *Class Structure & Pay:**
• ₹125 per **personal class** (1-on-1)
• ₹200 per **group class** (more than 3 students)
• **Frequency:** Starting with 1–2 classes per week
