Job Title Co-Founder & CEO / COO – Integrated Advertising & Marketing Agency Location Mumbai or Delhi NCR Experience Required 15+ years (Senior Leadership Level) Compensation ₹80 LPA – ₹1 Cr (plus equity/long-term incentives based on profile) Role Overview We are seeking an entrepreneurial senior leader to join as Co-Founder & CEO/COO to build and scale a next-generation advertising and integrated marketing agency. This role is ideal for a proven agency leader currently operating as a No.2 or No.3 executive (Business Head, COO, Client Leadership Head, or Growth Head) who is ready to step into full P&L ownership and co-build a high-growth agency from the ground up. The selected leader will drive business growth, client partnerships, team building, and overall strategic direction while working closely with founding stakeholders.
