Laser Cutting Programme & Operator

Machine Operation & Setup: Load, secure, and align materials on the machine bed. Select appropriate, programs, lenses, and settings (speed, power, gas pressure) based on material type and thickness.

Production & Programming: Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, or technical specifications to run, jobs. Use software to lay out parts and optimize material usage.

Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for accuracy, dimensional precision, and, quality, using measuring tools like calipers or tape measures.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance (e.g., cleaning lenses, checking gas levels) and troubleshoot, basic machine errors.

Safety & Organization: Adhere to all, safety protocols (e.g., wearing PPE, operating, enclosed, systems). Maintain a clean and organized, workstation.

Documentation & Reporting: Record, production data, material usage, and, machine, performance logs.
