Role Overview:
OpenText is seeking a Cloud Applications Consultant to join their team as part of the Technical Success Services (TSS) Practice. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical delivery, administration, and management of the OpenText Exstream product suite for worldwide customers. Your main focus will be to provide exceptional customer support within a challenging and rewarding environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure service levels are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the TSS Practice Manager and take ownership of technical delivery, including administration and management of the OpenText Exstream product suite
- Provide exceptional customer support and troubleshooting in a challenging environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service levels and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work with Enterprise customers to provide operational support
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on administration
- Ensure successful integration of product with 3rd party applications in complex environments
- Deliver service within an ITIL-based service delivery model
- Utilize programming/scripting skills such as SQL, .sh/.bat, Java, JavaScript
- Configure and manage web/application servers like IIS, Apache, Tomcat, JBoss
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Work in shifts during weekdays and on-call during weekends

Qualifications Required:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in relevant technologies
- Minimum of 3+ years working in a technical support or consulting environment with Exstream CCM platform and associated technologies
- Experience with Exstream CN Knowledge is an asset
- Strong knowledge of Exstream design manager, Communication Server, Orchestration, Empower, OTDS, and Command Center
- Understanding of ECM integration with Communications Server and Exstream
- Proficient in OS fundamentals, troubleshooting, DB - MS SQL, Oracle, API basics
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to provide exceptional customer support with a focus on first-call resolution
