  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud resources.

  • Collaborate with senior engineers and other teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Escalate critical issues to appropriate teams or vendors when necessary.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge base.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for issue resolution.
  • Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.
