About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, and security.

2. Design and implement multi-region, highly available Azure solutions.

3. Identify and implement improvements to operational standards and processes.

4. Migrate deprecated cloud services to recommended alternatives.

5. Manage security and access controls for cloud solutions.

6. Support cloud adoption and modernization of applications.

7. Ensure infrastructure meets performance and capacity standards.

8. Address and resolve technical issues and escalations as needed.

9. Clean up Azure storage and other services according to the assigned work plan.

Other Requirements:

1. Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Azure, including design, deployment, configuration, and optimization.

2. Experience with cloud infrastructure, databases, and application systems.

3. Familiarity with Agile frameworks.

4. Knowledge of Terraform, Azure CLI, Puppet, Ansible, Perl, Python, PowerShell, and GIT.

5. Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and ServiceNow is a plus.

6. Proficiency in IT skills such as networking, systems administration, data protection, security, and CI/CD.

7. Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor others.

9. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
