Key Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge on cloud architectures in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience to deploy, configure and manage Amazon EC2 instances, Containers , clusters & Kubernetes
• Strong Knowledge on container technology (Dockers)and Kubernetes architecture
• Basic knowledge on working with IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation or Ansible
• Ability to write scripts using Python ,PowerShell or Bash for deployment and automation
• Should have good knowledge on cloud security requirements, standards, and best practices.
• Hand-on cloud environments for security breaches or misconfigurations.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate security tools and controls.
• Should be able to conduct, risk assessments, and vulnerability scans.
• Implement and manage cloud-native security solutions such as Azure Security Center, AWS GuardDuty, GCP Security Command Center, etc.
• Automate security controls using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Respond to cloud security incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience in threat detection and incident response on cloud environment
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud threats and security technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in cloud security or cloud infrastructure roles.
• Experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Basic knowledge with security tools such as SIEM, CSPM, IAM, and EDR.
• Good understanding of network security, encryption, and secure APIs.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge on Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks like NIST, CIS Benchmarks, or GDPR.
