The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively addressing concerns, ensuring smooth operations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.You will play a key role in driving client retention, improving processes, and enhancing the overall client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day client relationships and act as the primary liaisonEnsure timely and accurate delivery of mortgage processing servicesAddress client concerns and provide effective solutionsCollaborate with processing, underwriting, and operations teamsMonitor client performance metrics and identify improvement opportunitiesDrive client retention and long-term relationship growthProvide regular updates and reports to clientsQualificationsMinimum 3+ years of experience in Mortgage Processing or Underwriting (required)Strong skills in Customer Service and Client Relationship ManagementProven experience in customer retention and account managementStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentBachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
