TermGrid is the platform that changes all of that and were just getting started.What Youll DoGlobal Client Support: Work as part of the Professional Services organization to support clients across the US, Europe, and Asia, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experiencePortfolio Management: Manage and maintain portfolio information for clients, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility through the Termgrid platform. Coordinate and oversee the data ingestion process to ensure smooth onboarding and updatesClient Insights & Reporting: Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by providing insights on client usage patterns, engagement metrics, and key feedbackClient Relationship Management: Work with Account Managers on client inquiries and issues related to Termgrids Portfolio product, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communicationKnowledge Management: Develop, maintain, and update internal and external knowledge base articles to enhance client enablement and internal operational efficiencyCross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to communicate client needs, provide feedback, and contribute to ongoing product enhancementsWhat Were Looking ForA solid academic background with a degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field2-3 years of experience in leveraged finance, investment banking, or private equity at a top-tier firmYou are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive on receiving a wow response from clientsYour attention to detail is outstanding; our clients are sophisticated investors, and building their trust is essentialYou have a solid understanding of corporate and leveraged finance; terms like term loan, syndications, and capital structure resonate with youYou are systematic and methodical, consistently meeting your commitments and quickly identifying business opportunitiesYou have strong prioritization skills and can work across various time zones (US, EU, and Asia)Health coverage and wellness benefitsRemote-friendly flexibility with a high-performance, async-first cultureWork from home set upWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
