Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Service Executive located in Kolkata. The Client Service Executive will be responsible for managing client services, handling client relations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include addressing client inquiries, analyzing client needs, ensuring timely delivery of services, monitoring project progress, and providing feedback and assistance to clients.

Qualifications

· Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

· Proven track record in client management

· PR Skill must be good.

· Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

· Must be fluent in Hindi and English
