• Handle outbound/inbound calls to interact with clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide information about NGO initiatives and campaigns
• Resolve basic queries and ensure customer satisfaction

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English)
