Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Client Relationship Executive to handle client calls, respond to messages, and ensure smooth communication. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polite and professional attitude, and the ability to manage client queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing client calls
  • Respond to client messages via WhatsApp, email, and social media
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Maintain proper records of client interactions
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Escalate complex queries to the concerned department
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
  • 0–3 years of experience in customer service / tele-calling / front desk (Freshers can apply)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage

Compensation:

As per industry standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
