What You’ll Do:
We are looking for a highly ambitious and confident Client Marketing Manager / Senior Client Marketing Manager with strong digital Media Planning and activation experience to join our Client Marketing team. This role combines strategic Client Marketing leadership with hands-on media expertise, where you will develop and deploy integrated B2B marketing programs while also overseeing the planning, activation, and optimisation of performance media campaigns.
Acting as the client’s trusted marketing advisor, you will be responsible for driving marketing strategy, campaign execution, media performance, and overall program delivery to ensure measurable impact for our clients.

Client Marketing & Strategy
- Provide strategic B2B marketing consultancy and develop integrated marketing plans aligned with client objectives
- Lead planning, direction, and execution of marketing programs and campaigns across multiple channels
- Conduct account segmentation, market research, and competitive analysis
- Lead client briefing sessions, campaign workshops, and strategic planning discussions
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and platform teams to develop compelling campaign messaging and content approaches
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted marketing advisor

Media Planning & Activation
- Plan, activate, and optimise digital media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic platforms, and ABM platforms
- Manage campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and performance optimisation
- Run and manage Content Syndication and lead generation campaigns with publishers and platforms
- Analyse campaign performance data and translate insights into optimisation strategies and recommendations
- Work closely with media specialists and analytics teams to ensure campaign performance and ROI delivery

Account Management & Growth
- Support account growth planning and work with Business Heads on expanding key client programs
- Participate in new business pitches, RFP responses, and proposals
- Lead program reviews, campaign performance reporting, and ROI measurement
- Manage commercial forecasting, pipeline visibility, program estimation, and revenue reporting

What We’re Looking For:
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within an agency or performance marketing environment
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, messaging frameworks, and value proposition development
- Understanding of B2B buying cycles, customer journeys, and ABM strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills
- Ability to analyse campaign data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms to enhance marketing productivity is a plus
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, DV360, or other programmatic platforms
- Experience running B2B demand & lead generation campaigns
