    • Role Description

    The individual will build and nurture strong client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and provide strategic solutions to meet client needs.

    Day-to-day tasks includes onboarding clients, managing business relationships, addressing client inquiries, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver successful outcomes.

    Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Business Relationship Management, with the ability to maintain and grow client relationships
  • English Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Commitment to Customer Satisfaction by understanding client needs and addressing concerns promptly
  • Proven ability to collaborate in a remote and cross-functional team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in the SaaS or technology industry is a plus
