  • We are looking for a Receptionist/Hospitality Manager who can seamlessly manage the client experience from the moment they contact us to the final delivery of our jewellery           

Job Overview

  • As the Receptionist/Hospitality Manager, you will be the face of KC, responsible for managing every aspect of the client’s visit.

  • From setting up appointments to orchestrating necklace trials, refreshments, lunches, and special deliveries, you will ensure that each touchpoint exceeds expectations.

  • This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury service and thrives in a high-end, client-facing environment.   

           

Key Responsibilities:

Client Appointment Management       

  • Handle incoming client inquiries with warmth and professionalism, ensuring the timely setup of appointments with our jewellery consultants.

  • Maintain an organized schedule, coordinating client visits and follow-up sessions, while ensuring every client feels valued and welcomed.

  • Confirm appointments through personalized messages and prepare for bespoke experiences based on client preferences.

End-to-End Client Experience

  • Greet clients as they arrive, guide them through their visit, from the initial welcome to the final farewell.

  • Manage the client’s lounge experience, offering personalized refreshments such as their preferred coffee, tea, or bespoke beverages.

  • Orchestrate jewellery trials with finesse, ensuring that clients enjoy a seamless and luxurious experience during necklace fittings and custom design consultations.

Hospitality and Refreshments

  • Provide elegant refreshments during client visits, coordinating high-end beverages and snacks, and, when needed, organizing private lunches for clients visiting for extended sessions.

Client Follow-up & Post-Visit Care

  • Handle post-appointment follow-ups, ensuring clients are satisfied with their experience and that any special requests are fulfilled.

  • Coordinate the delivery of any additional services (such as jewellery cleaning or adjustments) with clients post-purchase.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, client services, or high-end retail. Prior experience in the jewellery or fashion industry is a plus.

  • Client-Centric Mindset: A natural at building relationships and making clients feel valued and cared for at every stage of their interaction.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in organizing appointments, managing refreshments, and overseeing special moments to deliver seamless luxury experiences.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients with warmth and discretion.

  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple clients and services simultaneously, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
