As part of our expansion, we are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Client Acquisition Executive who can confidently engage with business owners and convert qualified leads into long-term clients.

Role Overview

As a Client Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth through strategic outreach, consultative selling, and strong closing skills. This is not a telecalling role — this is a revenue-focused, consultative sales position within a fast-growing digital marketing agency.

You will manage the early and mid-stages of the sales cycle, build trust with prospects, handle objections confidently, and convert opportunities into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Engagement & Outreach

- Initiate outbound calls to qualified prospects and warm leads.
- Introduce Bluechip Digital’s services in a compelling and consultative manner.
- Schedule strategy discussions or close deals directly when appropriate.

Consultative Selling

- Understand client business models, challenges, and growth goals.
- Recommend tailored digital marketing solutions (SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing).
- Position agency services as revenue-driving investments, not expenses.

Objection Handling & Closing

- Confidently address pricing, competition, ROI, and trust-related objections.
- Navigate decision-maker conversations professionally.
- Drive deals to closure or successfully move prospects to senior sales discussions.

CRM & Pipeline Management

- Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up schedules in CRM.
- Track conversion metrics and ensure timely follow-ups.

Market Intelligence

- Gather insights on competitor offerings and client pain points.
- Share feedback to refine pitch positioning and improve conversion rates.

Candidate Profile

Experience (Mandatory)

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or Advertising Agency.
- Strong understanding of agency services and terminology.
- Prior experience in B2B inside sales or client acquisition roles preferred.

Communication & Skills

- Exceptional spoken and written English.
- Confident speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Strong objection handling skills — you don’t stop at “no,” you explore the real concern.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
