We are looking for a Client Acquisition & Account Manager who can generate new business for the agency while also managing client relationships and ensuring successful project delivery.

This role combines business development and client account management. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, understanding their business needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver successful marketing campaigns and digital projects.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in digital marketing agencies, advertising agencies, or marketing consultancies.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for the agency
  • Pitch digital marketing services including Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Branding, and Website Development
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client business needs
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service recommendations
  • Close deals and onboard new clients

  • Client Account Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for agency clients
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business goals
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as performance marketing, content, and design teams
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns

  • Skills & Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing sales or agency account management
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and agency workflows
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand client business problems and propose marketing solutions
  • Experience coordinating with internal marketing or creative teams
  • Self-driven personality with strong business orientation
