The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards while maintaining quality and project timelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labor teams for smooth site operations.
Maintain site records including work progress, material consumption, and site reports.
Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Assist in quantity surveying, estimation, and billing processes.
Monitor material usage and manage site resources efficiently.
Report project progress, delays, or issues to the project manager.
Ensure proper implementation of construction methods and procedures.

RequirementsEducation: Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 0–3 years of relevant site experience (Freshers can apply).
Basic knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and safety practices.
Ability to coordinate with teams and manage site work efficiently.
