You will be responsible for owning end-to-end city logistics operations, managing fleet supply, rider onboarding, and utilization. Your role will involve driving on-time deliveries and SLA performance, working closely with ONDC ecosystem partners, merchants, and buyers, monitoring key metrics like fulfillment rate, delivery time, and cost per order, and identifying growth zones to scale city operations effectively.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
- Own end-to-end city logistics operations
- Manage fleet supply, rider onboarding, and utilization

- Experience managing delivery partner fleets
- Comfortable working in high-growth startup environments
