About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Cinematographer & Editor whose primary strength lies in visual storytelling through the camera.

This role is 80% focused on cinematography — capturing powerful visuals across trade shows, corporate shoots, case studies, shopfloor environments, and documentary-style storytelling.

The remaining 20% involves quick turnaround editing, primarily for templated videos and structured formats.

This is not a desk-based editor role. It is a field-intensive, execution-heavy visual storytelling role.

Key Responsibilities: Cinematography (Primary Role – 80%)
  • Capture high-quality video footage at:
  • Trade shows & exhibitions
  • Corporate offices & manufacturing facilities
  • Client case study shoots
  • Documentary-style industry stories
  • Leadership interviews
  • Event coverage
  • Plan and execute:
  • Shot compositions
  • Lighting setups
  • Camera movement & framing
  • Multi-camera interview setups
  • On-ground visual storytelling
  • Ensure:
  • Proper audio capture (lapel, boom, ambient sound)
  • Clean background and production aesthetics
  • Brand-aligned visual consistency
  • Travel for shoots across cities when required
  • Manage and maintain camera, audio, and lighting equipment

  • ✂ Editing (Secondary Role – 20%)
  • Edit templated and format-based videos within defined turnaround time
  • Deliver:
  • Exhibition highlight reels
  • Short promotional videos
  • Structured interview formats
  • Social media video cuts
  • Perform:
  • Basic color correction
  • Audio balancing
  • Motion graphic integration (basic level)
  • Subtitle insertion
  • Coordinate with the content team for script alignment and output deadlines

  • Required SkillsTechnical Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • DSLR / Mirrorless / Cinema Cameras
  • Gimbals & stabilizers
  • Professional lighting setups
  • Audio recording systems
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory)
  • After Effects (basic working knowledge)
  • DaVinci Resolve (optional but preferred)
  • Understanding of:
  • Frame composition
  • Exposure & color science
  • Documentary-style storytelling
  • Corporate visual language

  • Preferred Experience
  • 2–5 years of hands-on cinematography experience
  • Experience covering trade shows or industrial environments is a strong advantage
  • Experience in corporate documentary-style storytelling preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
