Job Summary

Vivero International is seeking a passionate and nurturing Preschool Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will support the holistic development of children through age-appropriate activities aligned with Vivero’s early childhood philosophy and international best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

- Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Implement the prescribed curriculum while adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Foster curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning through play-based and experiential learning.

Classroom Management

- Create a warm, inclusive, and secure classroom environment.
- Establish and maintain routines that support positive behavior and emotional well-being.
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and development regularly.

Child Care & Well-being

- Ensure the health, safety, and hygiene of children at all times.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to help children build confidence and independence.

Parent & Team Collaboration

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress, needs, and milestones.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and school events.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, assistants, and school leadership to maintain high academic standards.

Professional Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records, lesson plans, and assessment reports.
- Participate in training programs, staff meetings, and professional development initiatives.
- Adhere to school policies, child protection guidelines, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant teaching certification or diploma in preschool/early years education.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Preschool Teacher (freshers with strong training may be considered).
- Knowledge of international early years frameworks (e.g., EYFS, Montessori, Reggio Emilia) is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
