Role: Chief Supply Chain Officer

We are looking for a world-class supply chain leader to join one of the largest and fastest-growing diamond and fine jewelry manufacturers in the world .

Our company supplies premium diamond jewelry to leading global retailers and brands across the United States, Europe, and the United Kingdom , supported by vertically integrated operations spanning diamond growing, cutting & polishing, jewelry design, and large-scale manufacturing .

As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for a Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) who can build and lead a next-generation supply chain capable of supporting large-scale international growth .

What you will lead

• End-to-end global supply chain strategy


• Procurement and sourcing of diamonds, precious metals, and key materials


• International logistics and distribution across major markets


• Demand planning, inventory optimization, and production planning


• Strategic partnerships with suppliers and logistics partners worldwide


• Implementation of technology, automation, and data-driven supply chain systems

Who we are looking for


• 15+ years of supply chain leadership experience


• Proven experience managing complex global manufacturing supply chains


• Strong background in procurement, logistics, and operational transformation


• Experience in luxury goods, jewelry, consumer products, or global manufacturing is highly preferred


• A leader capable of building high-performance teams and scalable operations
